P6000 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms of use for the p6000 platform, user responsibilities, payment policies in MYR, and account-related rules. Please read it carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the p6000 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the p6000 platform.
Continued use of this platform after any changes to the terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You are advised to review this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest terms in effect.
The p6000 platform is only open to users aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where the use of this service is permitted under local law. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws applicable in their region.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the p6000 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. p6000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs through your account will be treated as your own, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the p6000 support team. - Your password must be unique and must not be shared with anyone.
- Always log out from public devices after each session.
- Enable two-factor authentication whenever available.
- Report any suspicious activity immediately.
3. Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
Users of the p6000 platform are responsible for ensuring that all their activities on the platform comply with applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Use of third-party software, bots, or automated systems to access or manipulate the platform.
- Any form of fraud, hacking, or attempts to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities.
- Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity conducted through the platform.
- Sharing or selling account access to another party.
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration or verification.
- Any conduct that disrupts, threatens, or adversely affects other users or the operation of the platform.
P6000 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, balance freezing, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the p6000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. p6000 is not liable for any losses resulting from errors in payment information submitted by users.
Confirmed deposits are final and non-reversible except under certain circumstances at p6000's sole discretion. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 or as specified on the platform.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name.
- Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 24 business hours, depending on the selected payment method.
P6000 reserves the right to delay or withhold transactions suspected of involving unlawful activity or violating the platform's terms of use. Any bonuses or promotional credits credited to an account are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policies
Limitation of Liability
The p6000 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p6000 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, p6000 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the p6000 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of p6000 or our licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written permission from p6000.
Account Suspension & Termination
P6000 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, or for legal compliance reasons. In cases of legitimate account termination (not arising from a breach), any eligible balance will be returned to the user, subject to investigation and the prevailing withdrawal policy.
6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Information

P6000 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the p6000 platform shall first be resolved through confidential negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the parties agree to refer the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
